The marketplace
Ticketplace is a marketplace connecting ticket buyers and sellers. Unless explicitly stated, Ticketplace is not the ticket issuer. Prices are set by sellers and may be above or below face value.
Fees
A buyer service fee is added to each order and shown in full before payment. A seller commission is deducted from seller proceeds. All-in prices are displayed throughout the experience.
Seller obligations
Sellers must own the tickets they list, deliver them as described, and keep listings accurate. Fraudulent listings result in account termination, forfeited payouts, and may be reported to law enforcement.
Payments & payouts
Payments are processed by Stripe. Seller payouts are released after the event completes plus a protection window. Disputed orders freeze the related payout until resolution.
Acceptable use
No bots, no scraping, no bulk-buying to circumvent purchase limits. We enforce rate limits and bot protection, and reserve the right to cancel orders that violate these terms.
