Ticketplace

Terms of Service

Last updated July 2026

What Ticketplace is

Ticketplace sells tickets directly for the events listed on this site. Every price is shown all-in before you pay: the seat price plus a clearly displayed service fee, with no surprises at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers.

The Fan Draw

Some events allocate tickets by Fan Draw instead of first-come-first-served. Entry is always free and no purchase is required to enter. Winning grants a time-limited opportunity to purchase seats at their listed price — it is not a prize, and no money or item of value is awarded. Full mechanics, including how listening affects your odds, are published in the Fan Draw rules.

One person, one account

Each streaming account (Spotify or Apple Music) can only ever be linked to one Ticketplace account. Creating multiple accounts to gain draw entries, circumvent ticket limits, or resell at scale is prohibited and results in canceled orders and account termination.

Purchase limits & acceptable use

Per-event ticket limits are shown during checkout and enforced across your whole account. No bots, no scraping, no automated purchasing. We enforce rate limits and bot protection, and we reserve the right to cancel orders that violate these terms with a full refund.

Refunds & cancellations

Canceled events are refunded automatically and in full. Other refunds are governed by the Buyer Guarantee. Disputed charges suspend the related tickets until the dispute resolves.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase tickets, and at least 16 to create an account.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be announced on this page with a new 'last updated' date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
